The art on this site is a combination of in house work and other artists who we have agreements with. We also print and produce our canvas
prints in house but reserve the right to outsource your work if we consider it necessary.
Lovethewall.com hold the copyright in all works supplied by us and will remain with us. In the event of you providing us with artwork, you as the customer warrant that you have the copyright or licence in the particular image or the written consent of the lawful owner to use the image. Under no circumstances will Lovethewall.com be responsible for any issues relating to copyright that may arise as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright. In addition, all artwork produced by Lovethewall.com cannot be replicated without consent, activity of this kind will result in the appropriate action being taken.
Lovehtewall.com reserve the right to refuse work which we consider to be very low quality or that goes against our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.
Lovethewall.com do not operate a credit facility. All orders need to be paid for prior to production.
